Membership + waiver

Membership at Not Bad BJJ is subject to a separate training waiver you sign before you step on the mat. The waiver is the operative document for physical training, injury, and liability. These Terms cover only your use of the website and portal.

Account use

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login. Members must be 18 or older to hold an account; parents or guardians manage minors' accounts via a family plan.

Communications

By creating an account or filling out the trial-signup form, you consent to receive email from us for account-related purposes. If you provide a phone number and opt in on the trial form or verbally at the front desk, you also consent to account-related text messages (class cancellations, waiver renewals, membership updates). Message frequency is variable and typically 2-4 messages per subscriber per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out; reply HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for more.
