Who trains here from Kennesaw

Adults looking to start Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, no-gi grapplers, wrestlers looking for a mat to keep working after high school or college, and parents who want a real martial art for their kids — not a belt factory. Our head instructor Kevin Sherrill is a Georgia HS state champion and High School All-American in wrestling, a University of Northern Iowa Division I wrestler, and a competing BJJ black belt.

Programs we run

  • · Adult Fundamentals (Gi) — for people who have never touched a mat. No prior experience or fitness needed.
  • · All Levels Gi + No-Gi — five adult sessions per week
  • · Kids BJJ (ages 6-13) — Monday through Friday at 5:30pm
  • · Competition Team — IBJJF, New Breed, ADCC prep
  • · Saturday Open Mat — visiting grapplers welcome
